How to process plastic hanger mould with wire cutting

The basic principle of plastic hanger mold wire cutting machine processing is the same as that of spark machine.

The biggest advantage of wire cutting is that it is not affected by the hardness of the material and can process special shapes, but it can only process conductors.


Generally divided into fast wire and slow wire:

The machining accuracy of slow-moving wire is higher than that of fast-moving wire. (Note: the processing efficiency of slow-moving wire is higher than that of fast-moving wire)

The processing cost of slow-moving wire is much higher than that of fast-moving wire (high equipment depreciation; the electrode copper wire used is one-off; machine maintenance costs are high).

Slow-moving wire processing generally needs to be refined several times, most of which are cut one and two or one and two (equivalent to rough and fine work in spark machining).


The main work content of wire cutting machine in injection mold processing:

A. Parting surfaces of some special curved surfaces (line cutting is relatively accurate compared with CNC machining surface parting surfaces).

C. Flat thimble hole and Secretary tube hole.

D. Inserts and insert holes.

E. Some copper workers (such as rib copper workers).
