Luggage production process:

1 Purpose

In order to strengthen the management of the production process, standardize the control of various factors affecting the production schedule and process quality, so that the production can be carried out under control, improve the production efficiency and improve the product quality.

2 Scope of Application

It is applicable to the whole production process control from the signing of order review to the warehousing/delivery of finished products after the customer's intention is locked.

3 Responsibilities

a) Business Department: product quotation cost analysis of orders, material (quota) list, sample making and confirmation, production notice issuance, product delivery coordination, sales payment collection and settlement.

b) Production Department: Participate in order review, review the production notice and material quota submitted by the business department, review the working procedure (work step) process and working hour quota, issue purchasing instructions and production instructions, coordinate and supervise the procurement, workshop, equipment, inspection and packaging and warehouse to implement functional work, and complete production tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed on schedule.

c) Procurement Department: According to the material quota and procurement instructions issued by the production Department, organize the procurement of raw and auxiliary materials, ensure the quality, stock on schedule, and ensure the production materials.

d) Quality Control Department: perform incoming inspection, finished inspection and outgoing inspection according to procedures to ensure the quality of outgoing products.

e) Workshop: Implement the weekly production schedule plan issued by the production department, decompose processes, allocate production factors (personnel, materials, machines, etc.), organize balanced production, supervise and implement the production process, and complete production tasks on schedule.

f) Warehouse management team: warehousing, storage and distribution of materials and material accounting and ticket management.

g) Others: the office and finance department shall work according to their functions.
